Nukkads Return & Exchange Policy

Nukkads.com aims to provide 100% satisfaction to its customers. However, at times due to unforeseen reasons, a customer might want to return or exchange the product. Here is an overview of our return policy.

Damage During Transit

We usually do a quality check and provide multiple layers of protection before dispatching the product. However, if the product received incurs a damage during transit, reach out to us at the earliest (within 24 hours) by calling/ whatsapping our customer support number or message us on our Facebook page and we will have our customer service agent contact you.

To ease the replacement process and support your complaint, we suggest that you take some pictures or create a video while unboxing the package. Reach out to us immediately, so that the replacement process can be accelerated. Please make sure to make a video while actual package unboxing.

Our pick-up service will have the damaged item picked up. After verification at our facility, we will send you a new piece of the same product, or credit the amount to your Nukkads e-wallet, as per your request. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refund to avoid malpractices. Replacement will not have any extra shipping charges. Please note original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

In order to avoid all this inconvenience, we suggest that you do a thorough package check and do not accept any parcel that looks tempered. 

 

Wrong Item Received

If you have received a wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at your earliest (within 72 hours of receiving the order) by calling/ whatsapping our customer support number or message us on our Facebook page and we will have our customer service agent contact you.

However, please check your order details before proceeding with the complaint, as sometimes you might have mistakenly placed an incorrect order for the wrong item. For example, you might have placed an order for ‘N7 Mobile Phone’ while you wanted to purchase ‘N9 Mobile Phone’.

Nevertheless, just let us know within 3 working days, so that we can process the replacement request.

NOTE: The second order will be dispatched only after the wrong order has been returned, received and inspected by us, or you can have the amount credited to your Nukkads e-wallet. Again, we cannot offer cash refund in this case too to avoid malpractices. Please note original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

 

Product Does Not Meet Your Expectations

If you wish to return the product because it is not exactly what you imagined or the quality is not what you expected, we deeply regret that we could not meet your expectations. Please reach out to us within 5 working days of receiving the order by calling/ whatsapping our customer support number or message us on our Facebook page and we will have our customer service agent contact you.

Our pick-up service will have the product picked up. Please send products in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and free gifts (if any). As we receive goods in our facility, we will provide you with store credit in your Nukkads e-wallet. You can use this credit anytime to purchase goods from www.Nukkads.com.

Please note that the refund will only be processed after we receive the product in our facility and do a quality inspection of received goods. Please note original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

In order to avoid all this inconvenience, we suggest that you make a well-informed purchase. You can reach out to us via whatsapp or facebook to get answers to any questions you might have about the order. We will happily assist you. 

 

Faulty or Defective Product

If the product you receive seems to have manufacturing defect, please reach out to us within 5 working days of receiving the order (or within the warranty period mentioned in product description) by calling/ whatsapping our customer support number or message us on our Facebook page and we will have our customer service agent contact you.

Our pick-up service will have the product picked up. Please send products in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories and free gifts (if any).

In this case, replacement or refund can be provided, as per your discretion. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving goods in our facility (post their quality inspection). If replacement is requested, we will verify the products thoroughly before dispatching.

Refund can be provided either in the form of bank account transfer or Nukkads store credit, as per your request. If you want the amount to be refunded in your bank account, there'll be a deduction of upto 30% of the payment as product restocking fee which also includes shipping charges.

Please note original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.

*Exchange of items, such as in-ear headphones, airpods or in-ear Bluetooth earphones or Toilet sensor light are not entertained due to hygiene reasons.

Please Note: We will not be providing any replacement if the problem does not appear to be a genuine manufacturing defect, i.e. if airpod has stopped charging due to over-charge using a fast charger. In such cases, only partial store credit will be provided whose amount will be decided by our QC team.

  • Please note that if our team of quality checkers feel that the damages are due to misuse of product, the item will not be replaced or the amount refunded.
